Terms and conditions

  • Equipment Usage: To use controllers, air hockey pucks, or table tennis bats, you must provide a valid form of ID, which will be kept on file for the duration of use. You are responsible for their care, and any damage beyond general wear and tear must be paid for. Your ID will not be returned until payment is made.

  • Teen Restrictions: Teens presenting a photo Oyster card as ID may only be issued one controller per card.

  • Behaviour & Conduct:

    • Aggressive behaviour, whether verbal or physical, towards staff will not be tolerated. Offenders will be asked to leave immediately, and if necessary, we will seek police involvement.

    • Vandalism of equipment will result in a ban.

    • Adults are responsible for supervising their children or group. Staff may ask adults to monitor children closely.

    • Running or climbing on equipment is strictly prohibited.

    • Repeated failure to follow staff instructions regarding behaviour may lead to removal from the arcade.

    • We ask all visitors to treat the arcade and its facilities with care and respect.

  • Dress Code: Balaclavas and hooded tops (hoods up) are not permitted inside the arcade—you will be asked to remove them.

  • Pricing & Discounts:

    • Our prices are fixed and non-negotiable. Continuous disputes over pricing will result in removal from the premises.

    • Discounts require physical proof, such as a Blue Light Card. Without proof, the discount will not be applied.

    • Carer discounts require proof of carer status or a disabled person's +1 icon on a Nimbus/Access card. A carer is defined as someone responsible for supporting a person with disabilities or an elderly individual.

  • Entry Restrictions: Staff may refuse entry if they believe a customer is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

  • Personal Belongings: We do not take responsibility for lost or stolen items left unattended.

  • Child Safety:

    • Small children must be accompanied by an adult when leaving the venue.

    • We take child safety very seriously and will take appropriate action—including calling the police—if necessary. If we see a child attempting to leave, we will try to distract them while alerting a parent or carer.

  • Game Access & Etiquette:

    • Fair Play Policy: If there is a queue for a particular game, players may be asked to vacate it after an hour of play.

    • Customers must wear footwear at all times within the arcade.

  • Refund Policy: Refunds will only be issued for valid reasons. For example, if you pay for entry and later decide the arcade is not for you, this is not considered valid grounds for a refund. Staff are happy to show you around beforehand if you're unsure, but we cannot guarantee the availability of specific games.

  • Seating & Food Policy:

    • Public tables are available for general use. If you have not booked a party, you may not occupy all the tables.

    • Snacks and drinks are permitted but must be consumed at tables. Full meals—including birthday cakes—are not permitted unless you have booked a party.

WARNING Seizure Risk

  • Some individuals may experience seizures from flashing lights or patterns. Stop immediately if symptoms occur and consult a doctor. Play safely: take breaks, maintain posture, avoid loud volume, and consult a physician if needed.
