COVID Guidelines

The entire country has been hit hard by Covid-19 and we at Heart of Gaming are no exception. Due to the ongoing pandemic, we are enforcing the below rules to ensure everyone who visits Heart of Gaming has a safe and fun time. We have also placed hand sanitizing stations around the venue and regularly disinfect all our machines using a sanitizing mist applicator.

Non-contact temperature checks will be required before entry. Anyone with a fever or showing symptoms will be refused entry

We are taking Covid-19 precautions very seriously, anyone found breaching any of the below guidelines will be asked to leave

Face coverings must be worn correctly at all times unless medically exempt

This is so important, face masks are the best way of stopping transmission, please only use medical exemption if you do genuinely have issues breathing with a mask on. Exemptions must be displayed in the form of a badge, lanyard or card.

Multiplayer machines may only be played with people from your own support/family bubble

We have a number of 2, 3, 4 and more player games (both cabinets and consoles), to keep in line with the Governments Social Distancing guidelines these machines may only be played with people in your group and cannot be played with other customers whom you don’t share a support bubble with.

Use the Hand Sanitizing stations regularly

Please make sure to sanitize your hands regularly using the Hand Sanitizing stations provided or personal hand sanitizer.

Keep socially distanced at all times

Ensure to keep at least 2 metres away from other people not in your support bubble, this may mean you’re unable to play a game until someone else is finished, we’re sorry about this but space is limited.
